Support. Ideas. Community.
Local networking designed specifically for Activity Co-ordinators!
Hello & Welcome!
Are you feeling overwhelmed? Out of your depth? Completely at sea? Like you’re banging your head against a brick wall? Been there.
The world of activities within care homes can be lonely. Without the right support, activity staff burn out and fall completely out of love with the job they started with such enthusiasm. Nobody wants that.
Limited budgets, limited resources and limited time all add to the emotional toll taken on activities staff. With general management often not knowing how to support them.
Sound like something you can relate to?
two heads are better than one.
Imagine what we could achieve with twenty.
Each meeting includes…
Face to face networking
Access to a buddy-up system
One discussion topic (e.g. Self Care, Family Participation, Non-verbal Activity Ideas)
Access to local activity suppliers (e.g. Musicians, Theatre Professionals, Workshop Providers)
Breakfast & a hot drink(!)
Tickets are priced at £15 and are limited to 20 spaces per meeting
